About Kasper Rose

Kasper graduated from Bennington college in Bennington, Vermont in 2019 and received a degree in Liberal arts focusing in Animation and Japanese.

He further continued his education in animation by utilizing courses from the School of Visual Arts in NYC, focusing primarily in Toon Boom rigging, storyboarding, and character design.

His past work is primarily freelance 2D character animator and storyboarder for various independent projects. Lip syncing, rough animation, and clean up artistry are his main skillset, but can expand to whatever is needed for the project.

Animation programs Kasper can use are as follows: Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Storyboard Pro, Toon Boom Harmony, and TV paint. He is most proficient in TV paint and Toon Boom, but is adaptable in learning other 2D animation programs.

During his college years he spent time abroad in Japan in 2018 studying the language, culture, and media history. Additionally, he is experienced in elementary language education, teaching Japanese to 2nd-5th graders spanning between 3 schools, and 5 classrooms.

Outside of his animation work, Kasper’s hobbies include: drawing both digitally and traditionally, watching anime, playing casual video games, animating videos on Tiktok, and creating original character content (which is his particularly favorite hobby).

**Currently based in New York, but open to traveling on location for work.**
